1. EMMA GOLD GHANA is a licensed company authorized by the government of Ghana.
2.We carry our gold to all creditable refineries. Due to the challenges we are facing with our buyers, we have now decided not to do a full CIF.
3.Perform Quantitative Analysis and Mass Spectrometry at the refineries. Since inspection certificate is issued on the spot ,forgery of inspection certificate is prevented and its safe for both parties.
4. Before assay certificate is issued payment of the assay should be made by telegraphic transfer to the Refinery before Assay.
5. All necessary document for export will be prepared and immediately and transported to the finally exports point as it required from the government of Ghana to be shipped on a creditable airline
6. When the required documents (Export permit , Airway bill, Insurance etc.) Shall be conveyed by a recognized security company.
7. Since the final inspection is been made by national refinery which the PMMC that has the credibility to satisfy the final authentication of the goods before leaving the shores of Ghana.

The gold mining market is a multibillion-dollar market with Africa playing host to a great proportion of exports. The gold refining industry has been dominated by large scale refineries leaving the large potential for small to medium scale facilities that would further move up the value chain in jewelry making, exporting complete and finished products of high quality. With over 3,800 metric tonnes of gold demand per annum globally according to the World Gold Council, the demand for the precious metal has pushed its prices too high enough levels that would make several sources of gold economically viable; mining, recycling, scrap, etc.

Although a number of local and international mining firms have been granted gold exploration licenses and have been operating in Ghana, the country’s gold mining industry is still young and the gold-rich areas of Accra remain largely under-explored with thousands of artisanal and small-scale miners. The recent explorations conducted by the government and private companies are said to have revealed large gold deposits in Ghana, which could lead to the large-scale commercial mining that could put Accra on the map of the top gold producers in Africa.

DUMPER
Functions:
Load the Unwashed Gravel and send it to the Trommel for washing.
Load the washed Gravel back to the pit for recovery.

Dumper is able to Transport a minimum of 70 Cbm per hour to the Trommel
DOZER
Functions :​
Cleans the land .
Helps in recovering the pits
Pushes the Gravel to the feeding Excavator.
Transports the Water Pump from one place to the another on site.

TROMMEL
Functions :​
Washes the raw Gravel .
Releases the Gold particles from the Sand & the Clay.
Separates & concentrates the Gold in the concentrator & on the carpet.

Washes 6 Cbm of Gravel per minute
PS: This TROMMEL is able to catch 80% of the Gold existing in Cbm.
CLEANER
Functions:
Cleans the concentrated Gold.

Able to wash minimum of 2 Cbm per hour

Mechanism:
It cleans the Washed-Sand coming Post the Trommel Stage & makes the preliminary separation of Gold from the Sand.
CHECKING TABLE
Functions :
Cleans and Separate the washed Gold coming Post the cleaner stage

Mechanism:
The washed Gold coming Post the Cleaner stage is processed on this Checking Table in order to finally clean the Gold and separate it from the black sand and prepares it
for Oven.
